Promotional Codes

Items eligible for a discount when using promotional codes (excluding our 10% new user offer). The discount can only be redeemed for store points or exchanged for other items.

Swimwear

All swimwear must be worn with underwear when trying it on. Sanitary stickers must remain in place; removed or altered stickers will not be accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns

We recommend trying on items immediately upon receipt to ensure they can be returned within the return period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. koopdirecthub is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend returning items via registered mail or trackable mail, as the customer is responsible for returns until koopdirecthub receives them.

Return Processing Time

We strive to process refunds daily. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your account within approximately 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for payment. We will notify you by email upon receiving your return and again after processing it.

If the return is due to customer fault, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Specific costs depend on your chosen logistics provider.

If the received item is damaged or defective (due to our fault), the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be brand new and unused.

Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be complete.

Some items (e.g., customized items, promotional items, etc.) are not returnable unless there is a quality defect.

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days. Order processing time is 7-15 days after order receipt.
